That of showcasing family dishes that I saw being prepared during my childhood. Whether it’s “sèches”, whose recipe is my grandmother’s, or traditional dishes that I like to serve in a “cocotte” dish that reminds me of the one my mother simmered over a low heat every Sunday…
The saying goes that you can’t know where you’re going if you don’t know where you come from. I believe this is true…even when cooking. This past brings meaning to the present, like a common thread passed down from generation to generation.
So I draw my inspiration from this family history, rich in flavors and memories, but also from the expertise of our local producers, who deserve to be honored. Each dish is prepared with heart and a story of its own. The menu varies gently with the seasons, but classics like Bonnevaux trout remain…

The restaurant team welcomes you every day from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Closed on Sunday evenings.

The dining room can accommodate 80 people.
Our new bioclimatic pergola can accommodate around 40 people under its covered structure and up to 60 in its entirety, weather permitting.
