Since 2005, we have been revitalizing a former hotel, committed to preserving its original charm while providing the modern comforts of a 3-star hotel. All this under the watchful eye of the local enfant terrible, Gustave Courbet.
At La Table de Gustave, everything evokes the richness and history of Franche-Comté’s heritage, whether it’s the tiling reminiscent of the blue stone of Besançon, the metalwork present in small touches throughout, referencing the past and even the industrial present of the Loue Valley, or the landscapes highlighted through Courbet’s paintings.
All this takes place in an ambiance with timeless notes of gray, white, and black combined with a vibrant red.
Practical Information
The reception team is open from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Monday to Saturday, and from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Sunday.
Late arrivals are possible outside of our opening hours.
